and about disfellowship GOD does not speak to the elders to disfellowship people elders do what the bible say so they have to look at the satuation whether disfellowship is necesary
look at the example of king david when he commited udultery with bath sheba
jehovah has to handle the satuation himself no one knew of the story at there time

but there were elders judging the people at that time but jehovah did not let the people to handle such case cause he knew if he let it to be in the hand of people king david could get killed with bath sheba for there action but he did not want king david to die at that moment
