@James NON-JW Spot on! All you say is the "truth" you say it for no other reason than it is so bloody obvious! It is very scary that people cannot plainly see this for themselves. It shows how a fearful child will cling on to a bad parent even if it is destroying them. Its this part of the adult mind that is open to any cult taking up ownership of it. Theocratic warfare/law strategy, means that according to the WTBTS it is ok to lie to protect Gods Organisation. Lying to anyone at all. This policy knows no bounds and is used against the congregation. This protects, no justifies all the inconsistencies, the prophetic dates all mis-tol. The fantascticalnotion that Jesus came down in 1914 and chose the JW’s as Gods organisation. And then there is the UN membership and the paedophilia scandals ongoing. Two witness to prove any abuse rule. Concequently there are a very high number of abusers that prance about so kindly, guiding and guarding the flock, regardless of their known danger to children.
This all indicates that it, “The organisation” is as a immature stupid bully with no self control no conscience or accountability and contains all the characteristics of a sociopath.
Its all projection, the organisation project its own wrongdoings out into the world and into others and thus create an looming Armageddon type explosion, one that scares the flock into moving in closer to the wolf, that is disguised as a head sheep.
The fear and the exhaustion and the need to run and hide disables all critical thinking, as does the monotonous repetitive and loaded with the them and us references, the endless fear and hate based meetings, hate that at any moment could be turned onto anyone of the congregation who displays a “independent willful spirit” It’s a classic abusive relationship- on mass.

Foul to encourage people to hate other people. I hope with all my heart that this organisation will be brought to its knees very soon. This is the “wicked system of things” that must be wiped out before it sacrifices any more humans lives and liberty for nothing more than profit. They don’t want the world to end. No as they profit too much from spinning the “keep Awake” message. Scrutiny is being cleverly diverted away from where the real evil lies. Its not the wicked world it’s the wicked faithful slave one must be watchful of. Who will watch the watchmen?

@JOBY well I am not a Catholic but what you is total nonsense-Catholic church is Gospel based as any catholic school kid can tell you. THE CATHOLIC CHURCH IS NOT SATANIC! There is NOTHING NO NOTHING in the bible that links the RCC with the harlet -you sir are very misimformed or just igronant. Are these so-called inspired : false teachers of the

other Christian denominations have flaws : especially
the Roman Catholic church the head of Satans Babilon-
ic system , just read apocalipsis or revelation what ever you want to call it .
These false teachers like in the moses era twist and convert the language of the people , and now they have a bunch of fanatics , so-called ( jehova witness )
who don’t even understand what they ‘re preaching .
How are you going “to obey someone” if ” you think your-self that one”.You are still in baby pampers and
you need not preach ,but look for guidence of the ( Holy
Spirit) workers of evil … That’s why so many are turning their backs to the Holy Spirit .You followers
of men! full of the spirit of perdition.
You might think the flesh is easy to defeat , the Spiri-

we receive the H /S and we conquer the flesh and God
when in his return receives us who have the H/S ,

This just reinforces to JW’s that all outside the org are liars – you are advancing their cause

I am actually an ex JW who has every reason to be bitter & twisted but hey I now have a fab life that I wouldn’t have had if the hypocrites hadn’t opened my eyes to what life as a jw was really all about.
But when I left I lost my family. I’m not disfellowshipped so they still exchange occasional pleasantries but despite having 2 degrees, a good career, having a strong family & generally being pretty nice, I am the one they are ashamed of.

I was just recognising that for some the cost of leaving is too high & if you squint alot you can actually live a very happy existence as a JW. If anyone wants to do that I may not agree that its a good idea but live & let live. It takes a huge amount of guts and sacrifice to leave – not everyone is strong enough to do it and some just aren’t willing pay the high price of losing everyone they love. That’s understandable if naive but doesn’t warrant a vicious attack.

Reubens it sounds like you have a lovely family and it is great that they are still including you in their life apart from the spiritual aspects while you are disfellowshipped. I assume that you still live at home and have “normal’ parent that have interpreted the society’s counsel sensibly.

Unfortunately not all jw’s act this way, although I agree that the majority of the congregation’s members are warm, loyal and united in their efforts to serve their God well. I have lots of jw friends still but when I left even without being disfellowshipped cong members ignored me, crossed the road to avoid me and listened to my mother in law who’s fears that I would also leave my husband if I left the faith somehow turned into an elaborate ‘fact’ . We are still happily married. I knew people who asked their children to leave home when disfellowshipped and once out of the household never spoke to them again. This was called an act of love to bring them to their senses. Jesus on the other hand sought the company of ’sinners’ that was who he’d come to help, this seems in conflict with the jw teaching of disfellowshipping.

There are fundamental problems with the jw religion but for most jw’s this is not important. I say if it makes you happy go for it, get reinstated and fight the cause. Your family sound like they are worth burying your head in the sand for. There are lots of good things about life as JW – the absolute certainty of your path in life, the security of the companionship of the brothers and sisters and for lots of men they get to hold a position of respect and authority that they would never get outside of the organisation. I wish you much success, just keep an open mind and search the scriptures rather than the publications.
