graffiti on Jehovah\'s Witnesses Hall Disfellowshipped Dasun Allah, editor of the hip-hop magazine The Source and now member of the Islam-based Nation of Gods and Earths, “tagged” the assembly hall to expose the religion’s “hypocrisy.”

A disfellowshipped Jehovah’s Witness admitted to vandalizing a Jehovah’s Witness assembly hall in New York’s Harlem neighborhood.

Dasun Allah, editor of the hip-hop magazine The Source, told the New York Post he “tagged” the building to expose the religion’s “hypocrisy.”

Police were called to the scene where Allah had painted a number of cryptic symbols, but the graffiti had been painted over by then, the Post said Friday.

Allah, 32, said he was disfellowshipped more than 13 years ago and now belongs to the Islam-based Nation of Gods and Earths.

“They said I didn’t fit the criteria, because, to put it lightly, I wasn’t a choirboy,” Allah said.

I cant even say I know what you wen thru but I have had 2 major surgeries as a young Jehovah’s Witness & I know that isnt true. There are certain parts you can accept. Any decision you make is from your own conscience. I dont know why they told you mom & dad that. I am truly sorry for that but you cant blame Jehovah God & the rest of the organization for what those two IMPERFECT people did. You know more then anyone else on the blog that you have to watch your association inside the congregation and outside. NO ONE ON THIS EARHT IS PERFECT. We will all make mistakes. You have to live above them, not almighty but kindly forgive freely just as out heavenly father forgives us everyday every time every moment we slip up. I am sorry to hear of your lost also. You know that there is an hope of life on earth so dont leave Jehovah now. Draw close to him and dont let the world & its imperfectness get you.@Rabbit

I know that this guy, hip hop magazine editor is a liar. If you were to go to any person who is a Jehovah’s Witness they will glady tell you the truth which he refused to share. He is not a disfellowedship person, he is an apostate. An apostate is a person whom use to be a Jehovah’s Witness and maybe wither was disfellowedship or drifted away & turned against Jehovah altogether; they are opposed to them. In the Organization, the elders dont just disfellowship you for not being “a choirboy” because in our congregation/ halls where we meet there isnt just a small group of people singing, it is everyone singing together. So that play on word makes no sense. Anyways, persons are disfellowedship because they have commited a serious sin against themselves, the bible and ulimately Jehovah God our heavenly father. Then they instead of using their bible trianed conscience to repant with see their mistakes, they feel everything is alright. So to protect the congregation & others who are learning also, they are disfellowedship but not thrown away, the elders visit them to encoruage them and they are still welcome to attend the meetings. I just felt it was needed to hear the truth, some of it. The rest you will have to get by asking the next Jehovah’s Witness you see.

    Hi again Jones,
I am of the opinion that most of mankind are good. They are a gullible lot as well,
I think the churches know this and thus thrive. I also feel good to donate money to good causes which I have done even although my financial situation this year has been piss poor due to the lack of work in my field.
It is remarkable that the Rotary club of WA has raised over $600 000 for various good causes this year alone and yet had to move to a private home for meetings as the rental for the meeting hall could not be afforded. When I spend hours selling raffle tickets for a couple of dollars I know it is going to a good cause.
I think most churches follow Rabbi Rabinovitz’s example when he says “I take all de munny what da people give, I put it in a pile, den I trow it all up to heaven. What God catches he keeps, da rest is ours”.
Heck I was dead for quite a long time before I was born, the thought of returning where I was does not bother me a bit, what worries me is the actual getting there, hopefully quick an peaceful.
    Cheers,
    Markus

    My Friend,

Many people are dreamers. Many people have family that have died and left a great void in the lives of those of us that are left behind. You know my history of depression. I am not proud of it but I hang onto dreams and hopes of something that is beyond all of this. Abraham left this life believing that this was a journey into something better. I don’t listen to the Peggy Lee song asking Is this all there is? I am in my twilight years now and I hang onto that dream. I want the happily ever after. The day may come that you soften a little and look into a more permanent piece of real estate. Could you imagine walking down eternity boulevard and seeing me walking in your direction? You would most likely get a charge out of the thick southern accent.

    Hey Jones,
Ja you are correct, there is a good factor of some churches out there, and I know a lot of help for less fortunate human beings on this planet is achieved through organizations both religious and non. I applaud these good folk, misguided or not, they deserve a gold medal. The hearts of these people deserve to be placed on the most high next to the almighty to remind him how things should be done by loving entities.
Empathy is a normal human emotion, and is in all of us in one form or another, it is, I think, a form of self preservation. I certainly do not believe the Bible has sole rights for the credit of this emotion.
When I kick the bucket I have no anticipation of going to heaven and kissing the ass of a deity who just cannot get enough of it, especially for the next billion kazillion years, the knowledge that I will carry on in a minor way through my children will suffice.
    Cheers,
    Markus

We all make choices every day. Some are made with reason and others are made because we feel good about them. Hey, don’t let the likes of our ilk drive you up the wall. There are good people doing good things all day every day. There are bad people doing just enough good things to make them plausible so that they can get what they can from others. As long as this world exists there is evil as well as good. You are painting all of us and all of them with the same brush. When you admit that there are people who do good and it is doing good for others and they benefit from that good then it is good! We are not motivated by resentment and hate. Just remember that faith is not achieved from being able to prove to you or to anyone for that matter some solid fool proof evidence. At that point it is not faith that we are walking by. We take it or leave it. That is the way it is and if that makes me stupid or whatever, then that is that.
