      Leonard!
Why you wanna believe the Bible? Written by desert mongers and inspired by the God they pretended they knew. Get a life sonny boy in less than a century the gods of Jehovah and Jesus will have the same capitulation as Jupiter and Zeus. Joe hover has less knowledge of the Universe he allegedly created than my ten year old nephew.
      Cheers,
      Markus

Just to get a bit of balance from this news report. Remember the Bible says not to believe everything we hear or read. Ask yourself what this news source is. RIA, a Russian news agency. Reliable? Well, they have reported something about this story but it’s very sloppy reporting. Firstly, Jehovah’s Witnesses do not own 100 hectares of this estate. Their building, an assembly hall/multi kingdom hall complex occupies only a few hectares on the edge. The present value of their property is nowhere near the figures they reported. Secondly, and it is hard to imagine that RIA doesn’t know this point, the whole area, including this estate, is going to be/is in the process of being redeveopled for a massive shopping complex, sports centre and huge elite housing. Many properties there are under threat, not just ours. However, it is clear that in the present wave of persecution it would be easy to find a judge who would agree to illegally evict us. That is very common here and we would be seen as easy prey. RIA have shown their great ignorance by saying we are illegal in Russia. We are legally registered in 87 out of 89 provinces. That is a fact. RIA also showed their dishonesty/gullibility by quoting the officla when he said that a centre for disabled/old people was to be built there instead. There is no plan to do so and he knows it. The project application, which is available for inspection, contains no mention of such a facility. It is a cynical justification on the part of the local authorities to explain their actions. So, everybody, now this puts it all into some kind of context. We shall await further developments. I seve in Russia and the spirit amongst the brothers is fine and we are preaching more and more and had a new peak of over 25,000 regular pioneers recently.
