I offered to have dinner or some kind of friendship with these ladies and I was rebuffed. I suggested that they would be friendly if I became a student of theirs and only then. They denied that this was the case. I will venture to say that your brand of religion is not the same as was taught by the early Christians and the restrictions you preach and teach are nowhere in the teachings in the early church. But of course its easy to say we lie but the truth is the truth and it will be exposed to everyone in due time. choosing to except it is your personal choice. If you didn't grow up as a jw or are currently one, then you probably wont know what its like defending what you believe in so strongly that you are treated and seen as different by everyone, and still have strong faith. we are not brainwashed but we are different, and we know this, because we know what is wrong, in spite of everyone telling us we are all lieing. but just think about this ... if we read the bible thoroughly and preach to every part of the world that we can , do you think that we would go through all of that trouble just to spread lies. if you really think about it it makes no sense at all. you need to know that preaching is what Jesus told us to do, so we do it.........no lies.
