I don't believe in that new light. This is just an excuse for not correcting past errors. And it is common for the Society to take one stand on an issue, change it for new light, and then have additional new light that changes it back to the original position. This has happened with the organ transplant issue. On occasion, they even change it back again. The longer the cult survives, the more issues they are going to complete 4 or more circles on. Each time, it is new light.

And as long as they call it new light, they can get out of accountability for their mistakes. It is one thing to kill people by forbidding blood and then admitting that it was all a hoax. But, when you claim that new light has been released, that smacks of blatantly shirking the real issue. And there is the baloney about how to take it. People who have been persecuted or lost health or life should not feel bad that this has happened, even though the "new light" would have spared them the tribulation. That's supposed to be wonderful.

I have a new word for it. Actually, I am borrowing this word from another site. It is black light. This is the "new light" that contradicts other "new light". Truly new light merely makes things clearer--say, in explaining things a little clearer that people may have been confused before. But it never confuses people even worse. And new light, in my sense, never ever contradicts existing light. More proof that the Watchtower Society is not peddling the truth.
